Summary
Checks front office accounting records for accuracy, summarizes and compiles information for the hotel's financial records. Tracks room revenue, occupancy, etc. Prepares a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities, reflecting the hotel's financial performance for the day. Posts room charges and credit card vouchers. Also functions as a Front Desk agent for check-in and check-out procedures. Manage guest challenges with acceptable solutions. Shift is generally 10:45pm-7:00am.
Skills/Requirements
- Prior accounting or mathematical experience
- Computer skills required
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to resolve problems professionally
- Ability to multi-task; manage in person contact and incoming phone calls
- Genuine enjoyment in helping others
- Strong verbal and nonverbal skills
- Must be available some weekends and holidays
