Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days, 8

Shift Notes: Five 8hr shifts or Four 10hr shifts Days 40hr guarantee 8week assignment ending 2/24/24

Weekend Requirements: Every 4th Weekend and holiday rotation required

On-Call Requirements: None

COVID-19 Requirement: Initial Vaccination series is required. Exemptions may be approved for religious or medical reasons.

Traveler Policy:

Patient Population: Pediatric to Geriatric

Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color, no denim, closed-toe shoes required. No perfume of cologne allowed.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years CURRENT acute care hospital experience - Required
• ARDMS Certification - Required
• NH State Medical Imaging License - https://www.oplc.nh.gov/medical-imaging/index.htm
• Travel experience (at least 6 mos) - Preferred

• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference, from the past two years of employment
• License/Certifications: NH MIRT, ARDMS, BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
