Role: Content Writer/Rater (News Articles)
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Performing evaluation of news content - assessing for quality and relevancy
- Understands client needs for content curation and aligns to regional editorial policy
- Research, coordinates, and uses judgment to decide on credibility of content
- Proofreads, checks, and maintains high quality of news content consistently
- Maintains close working relationships with team members, project, and account managers
- Provides daily reporting of activities
Skills & Experience
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to deliver content quickly, accurately and manage deadlines
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English language
- Understand local market implications
- At least 1-2 years of experience in writing and editing news articles and reports in digital publications or news websites preferred
