New York- Remote- Bilingual Mental Health Therapist

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Graduate degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Active independent clinical licensure in New York as an LCSW, LMFT or LMHC.
• 2-3 years of prior experience providing evidence based clinical therapy, remote experience a strong plus
• Warm, empathic engagement skills with patients always
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Neat and professional presentation at all times
• Advanced proficiency using a computer and navigating technology (Google suite, EHR)
• Secure and private work from home setting with hi speed internet

Responsibilities

• Full time position providing 30 direct clinical hours and 10 hours administrative time; some evening hours required
• Provide therapy through video based telehealth sessions - Complete clinical charting in EHR
• Participate in training in our evidence based care pathways and deliver these services
• Be part of our collaborative clinical team and participate in clinical consultation, supervision, and company meetings
• Willingness to be cross licensed by Vita and provide services to patients in those states as needed

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 plus performance incentive opportunities

Actual Compensation is determined by factors such as experience level, evidence based certifications, licensures, language proficiency etc.
