Boutique Store Manager Overview:

NEW STORE OPENING! FOX’S is looking for an experienced, customer-centric Boutique Store Managerfor our newest location in Newton, MA opening Spring 2024. We are looking to drive growth with a talented leadership team.

• This is an exciting position for anyone who enjoys every aspect of the fashion business.
• We focus on delivering top-notch customer service and building lasting relationships with our customers.
• We offer an entrepreneurial environment allowing you to exercise your full talents and capabilities.
• We have a roundtable approach to decision making. Our managers communicate directly with our buyers and distribution team.
• Candidates will be able to recruit and motivate a successful team.
• Previous experience working in women's retail or the fashion industry is required.
• Applicant must be based local to the NEW STORE location in Newton, MA.
