Job Description
We’re looking for energetic professionals who have successfully delivered on goals while maintaining the highest customer satisfaction. You will sell new and used vehicles and products while achieving unit volume quotas, gross profit goals, and client satisfaction objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget
- Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations
- Negotiate sales prices, including trade-in values, financing options, and additional products or services
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory and pricing
- Utilize effective sales techniques, such as cold calling and prospecting, to generate leads and increase sales
Skills:
- Strong math skills to calculate pricing, financing options, and discounts accurately
- Excellent organizational skills to manage customer information, sales records, and inventory control
- Knowledge of retail math principles to calculate profit margins, markups, and commissions
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and build rapport
- Familiarity with the automotive market and industry trends
Note: Previous experience in car sales is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates with the right skills and attitude.
