New Product Definition Associate Engineer/Technician

Job Description:
1.    Assist Senior Engineers with their engineering tasks (PCB design/Layout/Testing).
2.    PCB population when required. 
3.    PCB Layout and Generating/Submitting Gerber files to outside FAB house.
4.    Manage R&D lab equipment (calibration scheduling/ labeling) and inventory management (ordering parts from Online distributors).
5.    Able to use bench equipment for data gathering and performing basic data analysis. Knowledge of basic scripting language (Python, basic) is a plus.
6.    Engineering data analysis and summarize results for the Team.
7.    Work with cross-functional team to meet project goals and milestones.

Experience: 
1.    Minimum 4-5 years’ work experience as an Electronics Technician.
2.    Familiar with OrCAD Schematic and Altium/ Allegro PCB layout tools.
3.    Hands-on and self-driven attitude, willing to do whatever it takes to complete tasks assigned.
4.    Complete tasks in creative and effective ways while working with minimal oversight.
5.    Familiar with Bench equipment (Oscilloscope/ DMM/AC and DC supply).
6.    Familiar with Windows operating system and MS-Office. 
7.    Familiar with LPKF PCB milling machine is a plus.

Education: 
1.    Diploma or Associate Degree in Electronics.
2.    Experience in semiconductor industry is required

Pay: Up to $100K/year commensurate with experience.
