Salary- Review and analyze patient referral to schedule New Patient appointments
- Communicate closely with multiple Providers in order to schedule appropriate patients per payer
- Verify insurance eligibility and coverage for patients
-Review patient clinicals to determine patient appointment type
- Monitor status of Insurance Referrals and request new or updated referrals as needed
-Must be comfortable communicating with patients and other doctor's offices
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
This position is a very fast paced role for someone that likes a challenge and to learn new things. Please apply only if you have experience verifying insurance in a clinical setting. This is an in office based position.
```Experience```
- Minimum of 1 year experience in insurance verification
- Knowledge of medical records
- Familiarity with patient scheduling
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
