New Patient Intake Coordinator

We hire the best team members in the industry and are looking for passionate and reliable Front Desk Coordinator with strong client service skills and thrives in a team environment to work in our Apex office.

The primary role of the New Patient Coordinator is to schedule New Patient appointments. Applicant must be able to communicate with patients in an efficient and empathetic manner in order to accumulate details needed for scheduling purposes. Must be computer efficient and able to work in fast paced office.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a scheduling position with supporting administrative duties and medical terminology knowledge
• Organized, able to work in a fast paced enviroment, can easily prioritize multiple tasks under pressure, while providing best in class service to patients and office staff
• Flexible, nimble and agile mindset with the ability to wear multiple hats
• Friendly, caring, and patient-centric person who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who is willing to collaborate to provide the best patient experience
• Computer Savvy with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Professional appearance, attitude and ability to problem solve and respond to patient service requests

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
