New Patient Coordinator & Sales Specialist

If so, we're looking for a dedicated and compassionate New Patient Coordinator & Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is 3-4 days/week.

Role (Overview of the Position)
- Managing Phone Communication: You will spend a significant portion of your day on the phone, engaging with prospective patients. Your ability to listen empathetically, provide comfort, and answer their questions is crucial.
- CRM and Lead Funnels: Utilize Active Campaign or similar CRM tools to manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel. This includes tracking interactions, following up, and ensuring leads are effectively converted into patients.
- Empathetic Support: Show compassion and understanding to prospective patients who may be in distress, providing them with information, reassurance, and emotional support during their healthcare journey.
- Sales and Conversion: Be adept at closing sales by effectively explaining our services, benefits, and the value we offer to prospective patients. You will play a pivotal role in converting leads into signed-up patients.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, such as maintaining patient records, scheduling appointments, and updating patient information in the CRM and EMR.

As a New Patient Coordinator & Sales Specialistat MaxWell Clinic, your role is pivotal in achieving our mission to provide exceptional care and support to our patients. Your contributions will directly impact our success, and we expect the following results from your performance:
- Lead Conversion: Achieve a high lead-to-patient conversion rate by effectively guiding prospective patients through the sales process. Set and meet monthly conversion targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM system, ensuring that all lead interactions, follow-ups, and relevant information are accurately recorded. Monitor and report on lead progress within the CRM.
- Patient Satisfaction: Contribute to our exceptional patient satisfaction rates by delivering empathetic and informative support to distressed callers, leading to a positive patient experience.
- Administrative Efficiency: Handle administrative tasks promptly and accurately, including appointment scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry, to maintain smooth operations and support other team members.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, including the sales team, healthcare professionals, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive patient experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in our patient coordination processes and suggest innovative solutions. Strive for personal and professional growth through ongoing training and skill development.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and patient confidentiality.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and sales activities, providing regular reports to management on key performance metrics.
- Patient Retention: Assist in the development and execution of patient retention strategies to enhance long-term patient loyalty and satisfaction.
