New Home Specialist Responsibilities:

· Create and initiate marketing campaigns to attract new customers, foster referral business, and maintain business relationships with local real estate agents

· Demonstrate a thorough understanding of customers’ needs and how those needs align with Eastwood Homes’ product design

· Discuss New Home options to include, floor plan designs, home features and finishes.

· Understand architectural plans, blueprints, and site plans

· Facilitate contract documents as it pertains to the purchase of a New Home

· Work alongside community builder to deliver 100% customer satisfaction

Will you join us?

New Home Specialist Qualifications:

· 2-5 Years Sales Experience preferably with Scattered Site, On-Your-Lot Home Sales

· Excellent written, verbal communication and customer service skills

· Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening

· Ability to work a minimum five-day work week including Saturday, plus early evening weekday hours

· Must possess a clean, dependable vehicle

· Proper business attire and personal hygiene required to represent company in a professional manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
