Responsibilities:
As a New Home Sales Representative you will work with customers to select a house plan and then walk them through the financing and building of their dream home. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and has a desire to assist customers with the biggest purchase of their life.

Requirements:
Education - High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred or comparable professional training and experience. Real Estate License is not required.
Qualifications - Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and diligence in following up with leads. Must be able to work evenings as needed as well as 3 Saturdays a month.
Work History - 3+ years of sales experience required, prior new home sales experience is a plus.%58047475% %%sales%%
