Davidson Homes is currently seeking qualified candidates for our New Home Consultantposition in our Seguin, TX part of our San Antonio division. This position you will ensure a positive home buying experience for our homeowners, as well as, creating true continuity within our team.
Responsibilities:
- Reach and exceed monthly sales goals
- Welcome all guests to the community, ensuring guest registration cards are completed accurately
- Demonstrate model homes, quick move-in homes, amenities, and home sites
- Understand in-depth all aspects of your community: floor plans, amenities, home sites and more. You have to be the specialist
- Effectively manage leads through our CRM program, including reporting & active follow-up. Strong CRM usage is a must. Experience with Lasso is a plus
- Generate leads through homeowner referrals, Realtor outreach, and other creative self-generation strategies
- Experience with NewStar is a plus
- Oversee the daily appearance of the community and model home
- Strong organization skills as well as communication skills are a must
- Continue a strong relationship with the homeowner and their realtor from contract to beyond closing
- Be a team player, working closely with all in the department to ensure the best for our company and experience for our homeowners
