We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at this dynamic fast-growing firm. The primary role of the New Client Engagement Manager is to engage with law firms, introducing our specialized services and establishing referral relationships. This position requires frequent interaction with legal professionals, including lawyers, paralegals, and case managers.

Responsibilities

• Law Firm Engagement:
• Actively seek out and establish connections with law firms.
• Present and promote the clinic's services to legal professionals.
• Sales Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute effective strategies to increase referrals from law firms.
• Customize approaches to meet the specific needs of different legal partners.
• Networking and Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with legal professionals.
• Attend industry events and conferences to expand the clinic’s network.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with clinical staff to understand and accurately represent our services.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and presentations.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Track sales activities and outcomes, providing regular reports to clinic leadership.
• Continuously assess and improve sales tactics and strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably with a background in healthcare or legal services.
• Strong ability to build relationships and network within the legal community.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry, especially mental health services related to personal injury.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
