Innovation Behavior Services is searching for Registered Behavior Technicians in Delaware to provide the highest quality of services. This is a part-time position with most work hours occurring between 3 pm and 7 pm weekdays and/or 9 am-1 pm on Saturdays.
Don’t have an RBT? Not a problem. We can assist you in earning national board certification.

What we’re looking for......
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be willing to submit to background checks (Criminal history, Child Abuse, Elder Abuse, Medicaid fraud, etc.)
- Reliable individuals who are energetic and passionate and who love to work with children or adults
- Individuals who are willing to work in the home or community
- Individuals who currently hold an RBT certification or can obtain the RBT certification (We provide free training to help you earn your board certification!)
- Must have full vaccination for COVID-19 prior to hire
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and get on the floor and up from the floor if needed
- Must have reliable personal transportation
The position and its responsibilities......
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works under the supervision and direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You must be able to do the following:
- Read and follow directions accurately to implement treatment plans from the BCBA
- Consistently and accurately collect and record data during each therapy session
- Obtain/maintain credentials (RBT, CPR, Crisis Intervention)
- Have a history of reliable attendance (including reliable, private, transportation)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
