Summer Program 2024* Center Registered Behavior Technician ( RBT )

Come be awesome with us! We are seeking experienced Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to work in our Summer Program located in at our Middletown, DE Center!

Our center is located at: 5350 Summit Bridge Rd, Middletown, DE 19709

The Summer ABA Program is designed to not just help our clients maintain skills, but acquire new ones! We will provide outstanding ABA instruction through 1:1 engagement and small group activities, while also enjoying the summer through “in-house” field trips and fun events. Our Summer Program is for our clients between the ages of 1-8 years old. Our program is supervised by experienced BCBAs!

Summer Program Details:

• The Summer Program will be will begin on June 17th and end on August 9th
• The program will run for 8 consecutive weeks
• You must be able to attend the Summer Program from 9am- 3pm at least 3 days per week
• You must be able to commit to at least 3 consecutive weeks of programming

What we are looking for:

• Preferred Bachelors Degree but will also consider experienced candidates
• Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for at least 1 year
• Experience with Natural Environment Teaching
• Experience with managing maladaptive behaviors
• Must be able to take direction from supervising BCBA
• Must be available from 9-3pm, at least 3 days per week
• Must be able to work 3 consecutive weeks of the Summer Program
• Must be nice, reliable and punctual

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, bending or kneeling for long periods of time.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Physical labor required and appropriate to complete the tasks at hand
• Exposure to blood, chemicals, and other bodily fluids
• Other physical demands that coincide with the duties of a specific discipline

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
