New Car/Used Car Porter

Job Summary:
The New Car/Used Car Porter at North Park Toyota is responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of the dealership's inventory of new and used vehicles. This individual will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients by ensuring that their vehicles are clean, organized, and ready for display and test drives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, hourly position with a competitive compensation package and benefits, including health insurance, 401K, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.
Responsibilities:

• Wash and detail new and used vehicles for display and customer test drives
• Ensure vehicles are properly organized and parked on the lot
• Conduct regular lot walks to ensure inventory is presentable and in good condition
• Move vehicles from the lot to the service department for maintenance and repairs
• Assist with vehicle delivery to customers, including explaining features and functions
• Keep vehicle keys organized and easily accessible
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety and security protocols

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Prior experience in the automotive industry or customer service preferred
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual vehicles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
