This position is a potential temp to hire. Conversion will be based off of performance and available FTE openings.
This position is hybrid with one day per week required on-site and any other department required days, flexible on which day and department required days are given plenty of advanced notice.
Candidates must be detail oriented for this role and self-motivated to keep moving forward with the workload with or without eyes on them.
Candidates may be required to come on-site daily for stretches of time during the training period.
Summary:
We work with several computer programs to coordinate the business process from receiving the application to issuing the policy. We also work closely with the underwriters and internal teams who evaluate each application.
Responsibilities:
The focus of this role would be to manage applications in compliance with state regulations. Other responsibilities include:
Accurately entering application data and clarifying or obtaining additional information as needed.
Independently and efficiently prioritize work tasks to meet daily production goals and customer needs.
Complete required training, and successfully implement new workflows with a high rate of accuracy.
Evaluate and communicate individual workload. Participate in a strong teamwork environment that frequently requires shifting workload between team members in order to meet daily deadlines.
