- Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Nurse Practitioner
- Neurology Experience Required
- Outpatient & Inpatient Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physician in evaluating and managing the acute and long-term medical needs of patients
- Providing Nurse Practitioner services for all patients; complete medical history and physical examinations
- Assist in the diagnostic evaluation of patients being seen in the specialty of neurology
- Administer medications and orders appropriate laboratory and diagnostic procedures
- Write orders in charts and gives verbal telephone orders
- Review laboratory reports, radiographic reports, other diagnostic reports, and consultation reports
- See patients in follow-up visits to assess response to treatment
- Certified Stroke Center
