First Four Staffing and Recruiting, the South's premier source for specialized technical recruitment, has been engaged to identify a Network Technicianfor a rapidly growing client company in the construction industry.
The Network Technician will provide helpdesk support across the organization from the company's corporate office, located in downtown Mobile.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to helpdesk tickets
• Answer incoming helpdesk phone calls
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware devices, software programs, operating systems, mobile devices, printers and all peripherals
• Resolve technical issues includes applications, password resets and network connectivity.
• Knowledge of Windows and Office 365 is required. Experience working in a helpdesk ticketing system is preferred.
• Some travel is required. Occasional after hours and weekend on call availability is required.
Basic Qualifications
• High School Diploma and (1) year of relevant experience
• Proficient in various software programs such as Microsoft Office products, EVO or comparable ERP software, Lantek or comparable laser nesting software.
• Good working knowledge of bills of material, routers, work center management, inventory control and various manufacturing processes.
• Exceptional organizational and verbal/written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Associate degree in Information Systems or Computer Science
• CompTIA certification such as A+. Network+, or Security+
