Job Description
We are seeking a Computer Helpdesk Support person to join our team. You will resolve computer-related issues across many different disciplines for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software.
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or remotely.
- Setup new computers and devices such as printers, scanners, etc.
- Preform basic tasks such as setting up user accounts, email accounts, joining computers to a domain.
- Track customer issues and resolutions
- Basic Linux administration
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP, Basic Routing, Active Directory, VPN's and Firewalls, Linux (Ubuntu Primarily) administration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and think on your feet.
- Ability to multitask
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Strong customer services skills are a must!
