We are seeking Technicians to join our team! Current openings for all tier levels of technician and an onsite alignment technician. These roles will help manage company computers, servers, and networks.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and installing computer networks, connections and cabling
- Troubleshooting system failures and identifying roadblocks in the network
- Fixing problems in LAN infrastructure and testing and configuring software
- Maintaining and repairing hardware including peripheral devices
- Documenting infrastructures and technical processes
- Evaluating network performance to improve the network
- Scheduling upgrades and maintenance without interrupting business workflow
- Providing technical direction and giving training to coworkers about network systems
- Working with vendors to get needed equipment for the networks and systems
Qualifications:
- Previous experience at an MSP
- Previous experience with a PSA ticketing system and documentation software
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Fundamental knowledge of networking, hardware, and software
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
