SalaryJob Summary:
This position will assist in all duties and tasks as related to support, maintenance, and growth of Wire 3’s expanding network. The position will also assist as needed with other operational technology needs.
Duties:
-a. Support Wire 3 FTTH network equipment.
b. Assist with setup, configuration, and installation of new FTTH network sites.
c. Assist and support Wire 3 Network Department projects.
d. Assist and support Wire 3 OSP and Installation Technicians in troubleshooting.
Assist and support Wire 3 CSR department with advanced troubleshooting and customer problem resolutions.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Minimum essential education level:
o Associates Degree or equivalent (Trade and/or Technical school program completion)
- Desired but not essential education level:
o Bachelors Degree
- Skills needed for the position: examples:
o The ability and willingness to learn on the job.
o Advanced networking technology stack (Wired and Wireless) knowledge.
o High level general computer literacy.
o Advanced troubleshooting.
o Solid interpersonal communication skills.
o Ability for self-management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
