Network Security Engineer (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain Network Security solutions to protect organizations from cyber threats.
• Ensure all components are securely configured following best-practice recommendations or industry standard frameworks.
• Designing and implementing Network Security products and technologies such as Next-Generation Firewalls, SDWAN, IPSec/SSL VPN, SSL/TLS, MFA, Email & Web Security, Malware Defenses.
• Implement Network Access Control solutions to prevent unauthorized access to network resources.
• Vulnerability management, threat hunting, and attack frameworks.
• Designing and implementing network infrastructure such as routing, switching, and wireless platforms.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Networking, Security, and Systems Engineering fields.
• Ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years working experience implementing network and security solutions such as Cisco, Fortinet and or Palo Alto.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft/Linux platforms and Active Directory.
• Strong understanding of Public Key Infrastructure.
• Experience implementing similar cloud technologies across major providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
• Customer oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Innovative problem solver constantly thinking outside the box.
