White Glove service administrator for Radio Vendor. High focus on client and vendor
satisfaction.
Ø Serve as point-of-contact for Radio Operations team to engage for all ITIL functions especially
Change Management.
Ø Entry and ownership of all Change Records associated with Radio services from multiple
locations for multiple sites across 4 US time zones.
Ø Coordination of Radio vendor access to all client locations with Radio systems. Includes
obtaining schedule concurrence, coordinating physical access, confirming directions to the site
and directions within the site, arranging building escort, confirming vendor availability, notifying
stakeholders when vendor has arrived and vendor has left the site, and documenting result of
the visit.
Ø Produce ad hoc excel, Word, or Power Point documents as needed to prepare periodic (typically
monthly) for all Radio activity.

Pay: $100,133.65 - $120,999.66 per year
