Network Field Technician/ Radio Frequency/ Tower Climber

We are looking for someone help install antennas and wireless access points. Travel throughout the Bay Area, they will be expected to travel to jobs in South Bay, east bay, sf peninsula. Most jobs are in San Jose area, tech will be driving to job sites in his personal vehicle

Some experience with installing antennas, willing to train and get someone up to speed but needs to have a little knowledge.

Schedule: Monday to Friday.

Experience:

• Minimum Low voltage: 2 years (required)
• Basic Construction: 2 years (Preferred)
• Must beTower certified.
• ComTrain, OSHA10, RF Awareness Training, First AID/CPR trained
• Willingness to become Tower certified preferred.

Core Duties:

• You should follow safe work practices and company and client worksite policies. Safety is first in everything we do.
• Understand and implement the installation of structured cabling systems including all aspects of the installation process (Home runs, IDFs/MDFs, installation and termination of Category cable, CCTV, Coax.
• Experience deploying network and wireless equipment including (but not limited to) Ruckus, Brocade, Cisco, BridgeWave, Mimosa, Cambium, Siklu, and Ubiquiti. ‬‬
• Read and interpret all floor plans, drawings, specifications
• Properly set up a variety of copper testers perform system testing and troubleshooting
• You should proactively self-motivate
• You should ensure to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Always maintain satisfactory compliance with customer and site requirements

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ work experience in Structured Cabling or related industry/construction experience.
• Low Voltage Experience is necessary and required..
• Demonstrate ability to learn from senior team members
