Job Description
The Network Analyst will provide will provide Information Technology (IT) support services. This will include the delivery of comprehensive, integrated, end-to-end IT services at Detroit Arsenal.
Individual must be able to attain and maintain a valid US Government security clearance to be retained in the position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide access to service for the transmission of official government business to include on post, local commercial and DSN.
- Provides network administration support to include configuration, updates, monitoring, troubleshooting, installations, and modifications in compliance with security and organizational policies and procedures; complete tasks as assigned
- Designs implements and supports network solutions.
- Provide dial tone service (voice, data, ip) on government property to connect to any location worldwide. (Does not include usage by customer).
- Provide Dual Tone Multi-Frequency (DTMF) type telephones.
- Operate and maintain, Voice over Secure Internet Protocol (VoSIP) telephone and Unified Capabilities (UC) service
- Provide telephone moves, adds, and changes for MCA/SRM/Projects other than construction.
- Provide local touch labor (troubleshooting, repairing, changing cable pairs, etc.).
- Operate, and maintain digital, Voice over Secure Internet Protocol (VoSIP) telephone and UC service
- Resolve Service Requests and User Incidents through remote administration actions (troubleshooting, repairing) that do not require touch labor.
- Operate and maintain the VoIP Local Session Controller for the installation infrastructure.
- Configure and install digital, Voice over Secure Internet Protocol (VoSIP) telephone and UC service

Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
- Level I: Minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT environment.
- Level II: Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in an IT environment.
- Level III: Minimum of 7 years' experience in an IT environment.
- Possess or able to obtain an IAT Level III certification: Security+, CISCO (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, SACS, CWCS, CCM), Nortel, Nexus, Aruba, Bluecoat, Netview, Cisco-IP-phones, Juniper, IDS, Radius, VPN, DHCP, Solarwinds, Syslog, Ports/Protocols/Services, ASA 3000-6000, Flying Squirrel
