We have expanded beyond Tax and now also perform implementations for Motor Vehicle, Driver License, Unemployment Insurance, and Child Support Engagement agencies.

TheNetwork Administratorwill join the Fast Hosting Services Team at our headquarters inCentennial, CO with a focus on support for headquarters infrastructure and remote offices (position not eligible for remote work). The successful candidate will play a key role in the setup, maintenance, and configuration of infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring a diverse IT skill set along with a desire to learn new skills. Excellent written and verbal communication are a must. 

• Corporate headquarters and remote office network infrastructure support;
• IP phone, security camera/NVR, wireless, firewalls, etc;
• Monitor, analyze and respond to infrastructure events;
• Maintain comprehensive network standards, policies, procedures, and documentation;
• Perform corporate work responsibilities with minimal assistance;
• Minimal travel may be required;
• Assist end users with any network related issues;
• When available assist Fast Hosting Services Network Engineers with data center work. 

Required:

• Minimum of 2 years working in the Information Technology field 
• Minimum of 1 year experience with network equipment 
• Minimum of 1 year experience with network firewalls 
• Understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, ARP, ICMP
• Understanding of routing, VLANs, WAN circuits
• Troubleshooting skills utilizing network monitoring tools
• Able to work alone or in groups;
• Strong desire to learn new skills and technologies

Desired: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or a related field
• Experience with networks, switches, and routers
• Experience with Next-Generation Firewalls 
• Experience with wireless networks
• Experience with VOIP systems, preferably Cisco Webex
• Knowledge with SD-WAN
• Knowledge with Video Surveillance, IP cameras
