Job Summary:

The NetSuite Administrator will configure, customize, and troubleshoot the software to meet the needs of our business. The NetSuite Administrator will also be responsible for providing technical and functional support to end-users, as well as managing integrations between NetSuite and other applications.

  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects related to NetSuite enhancements and integrations. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the NetSuite platform. Provide guidance and training to end-users to maximize system utilization and user proficiency.
  • Data Integrity and Security: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data within the NetSuite environment. Establish and maintain data governance practices to safeguard sensitive financial and operational information.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation of NetSuite configurations, customizations, processes, and integrations. Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and across departments.
  • Configure and customize NetSuite applications to meet business needs, including but not limited to creating custom fields, workflows, and reports.
  • Plan, review and revise feature configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet evolving business and operational needs.
  • Maintain custom solutions, these solutions include but are not limited to
  • SuiteScript solutions deployed within NetSuite.
  • Advanced PDFs/Custom PDF Solutions.
  • Integration between NetSuite and external systems.
  • Provide ongoing technical and functional support to end-users, troubleshoot, resolve system issues, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest NetSuite releases, features, and industry best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Handle the day-to-day administration of the NetSuite system, including user roles, permissions management, customization, and configuration.
  • Manage integrations between NetSuite and other applications, systems, platforms, and third-party vendors.
  • The role will be a critical resource to the finance and accounting teams, as a contributor, assisting with troubleshooting, making improvements enhancements, and providing recommendations.
  • Support NetSuite integration projects and be the liaison with NetSuite Support.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • NetSuite Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience with NetSuite administration, configuration, and customization. NetSuite Administrator certification is a strong plus.
  • Five or more years of NetSuite Administrator experience and/or NetSuite platform and development experience.
  • Proven experience implementing technical and systematic ERP workflows and creating best practices for bridging accounting and supply chain transactions.
  • Financial Acumen: In-depth understanding of financial processes, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Ability to translate business requirements into effective NetSuite solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the General Ledger and accounting concepts.
  • Warehouse Management Knowledge: Familiarity with warehouse and supply chain management processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
  • Project Management: Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of consequential ripple effect to users when changes are made in the system.
  • Proactively demonstrates the ability to enhance the feature set and functionality of the ERP to scale with business growth
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects to completion.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and open to change in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
  • Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder and SuiteAnalytics.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite SOAP Web Services and RESTlets.

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, and phones.

Position Type:

This is a full-time position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.


Pay:
$110,000 - $120,000
