The Applicant must be able to demonstrate leadership capabilities and Architecture level clarity.

Soft skills are very important. The manager wants to infuse his team of 26 (80% of which are contractors) with folks who are not shy, present ideas and are invested in their growth.
This team has all of the backend services for their robust claims-based record and care management system that supports high-quality care and resource utilization as well as prevention and wellness programs.
Individuals should have a strong foundation in writing sustainable, scalable applications, performant code, writing CICD deployments.
