SalaryComResource is looking for a C# /.NET Developer.
This person would be a part of the Document Automation team. We need a mid- to senior-level developer that can run with assignments and take the initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Write accurate and efficient program code, update and expand existing programs, debug existing programs, and test software with both manual and automated unit test approaches
- Analyzes existing program logic to determine the best method of accomplishing required changes or cause of program malfunction
- Performs maintenance and modification of programs currently in production to keep them responsive to user needs and to assure efficient operation in the production environment
- Error handling/code exception management
- Design program logic to meet specifications and adhere to development and architecture standards
- Prepares test data and thoroughly tests code leveraging automated unit test framework (when possible)
- Analyzes production programs to isolate problems or to determine more efficient methods
- Documents and maintains program specifications according to Enterprise standards
- Fulfills administrative reporting requirements
- Mentor and coach associates within the team and across multiple disciplines on technology, process, or projects
- Leads a collaborative environment and willingly shares experience and newfound knowledge with co-workers
- Expert in multiple technologies and design techniques as well as experience working across environments with multiple operating systems/infrastructures with the ability to teach others
- Full stack development; proficient and fluent in all stages of development
- Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Information Technology or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a similar degree
- 5 to 7 years of prior experience preferred
- Proficient in multiple business disciplines/functions and can easily do work across different functions
- Demonstrate proficiency in learning and using multiple development languages
- Excellent organization skills, with proven analytical, planning, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills
