Job Summary
Responsible for administration of PSEG's Identification Card Systems that are subject to NERC CIP, FERC, 810CFR, Sarbanes Oxley and NJ BPU regulations. Responsible for supervising contractors and assuring adequate resources for badge access and other processes including physical access and IT LAN access. Responsible for regulatory maintenance of the PSEG SharePoint database containing SOX, NJ-BPU, CFR 810, FERC, NERC compliance documentation. Requires strong interpersonal and priority management skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for administration of PSEG's Identification Card Systems that are subject to NERC CIP, FERC, 810CFR, Sarbanes Oxley and NJ BPU regulations. Which includes:
- Create and issue company-wide physical identification badges for employee and vendors.
- Process LAN and VPN access requests via the IT Service Now system.
- Review and process requests for physical access to FERC Regulated Facilities.
- Review and process requests for physical access to NERC CIP Facilities and document forms into Share Point.
- Supervision of contractors and assuring adequate resources for badge access, visitor management, and other processes including physical access and IT LAN access.
- Responsible for regulatory maintencance of the PSEG SharePoint database containing SOX, NJ-BPU, FERC, NERC compliance documentation.
- Identification, analysis and resolution of badge and access issues including complex issues involving multiple integrated systems and databases
- Issuance of compliance, regulatory and ad hoc reports
- Provide NERC CIP training to multiple departments.
- Ensure data integrity, proper handling and processing of access requests for areas that are subject to NERC CIP, FERC, 810 CFR and Sarbanes Oxley and NJ BPU regulations
- Responsible for compliance and regulatory processes
- In compliance with BPU requirements, rebadge company personnel
- Review, evaluate and approve requests for contractor access for LAN and VPN access to PSEG's computer infrastructure
- Assess and make determinations regarding qualifications and training requirements.
- Maintains PSEG SharePoint database containing SOX, NJ-BPU, FERC, NERC compliance documentation
- Identification, analysis and resolution of badge and access issues including complex issues involving multiple integrated systems and databases
- Develops and provides NERC CIP training for employees
- Produces analytical reports for access control systems
Job Specific Qualifications
Required
- 5 years working with Badge Access Systems.
- Knowledge of Badge Access Systems, Advanced Excel, and Service Request Systems
- Knowledge of Share Point, Email, Word, Advance Excel, PowerPoint, photo capturing technology

- Database and Programming capabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage work of contractors.
- AS degree or higher in computer/data science, cybersecurity or related field
