Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and collaborate with healthcare providers to develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Assist in coordinating referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts or compact state.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Primary Care setting.
- BLS certification.
- Previous agency/travel experience is preferred.
