Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs/NAs to join our team in Kauai to provide personalized care to our senior clients. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with 40 hours per week. As a CNA/NA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our clients and providing them with the best quality of life possible.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, salaried position with a rate of $18 to $20 per hour. Employees will be paid weekly, and health benefits are available after a probationary period. In addition, you will have the opportunity for ongoing training and education to continuously develop your skills as a caregiver.

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and other necessary measurements
- Administer medications and assist with medical treatments as directed by a nurse or physician
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and social outings
- Communicate with clients, family members, and healthcare team to ensure proper care and coordination
- Document all care provided accurately and timely
Requirements:
- Active CNA or NA certification in the state of Hawaii
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a home care setting, preferably with seniors
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, medication management, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and their families
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing situations
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation
