Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking NDT Quality Test Technicians for the Quality Team located in Jacksonville, Florida.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with non-destructive inspection or test techniques and certification training.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
Position Responsibilities:
- Performs setup for specialized non-destructive test or measurement equipment.
- Develops procedures and processes.
- Performs tests or inspections and collects data.
- Documents, analyzes and communicates results and assists with corrective action recommendations.
- Provides feedback on adverse trends.
- Responsible for non-destructive testing and acceptance of repairs to company products.
- Conducts certification preparation training.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience in NDI (non-destructive inspection) or NDT (non-destructive test)
- 3+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Current Radiation Safety State Card or ASNT IRRSP
- Magnetic Particle (MT), Liquid Penetrant (PT), Radiography (RT)
- 3+ years of experience using Digital x-ray imagery systems
- Experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standard
- DR/CR X-Ray experience and documented training
- MAUS experience (Mobile Automated Ultrasonic Scanner) portable c-scan system
- Gantry C-Scan experience (AUSS or Matec TTU systems)
- F-18 experience a plus
- P-8 experience a plus
- 10+ years of experience in NDI (non-destructive inspection) or NDT (non-destructive test)
- 5+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
Typical Education & Experience:
Experienced/Mid-Level (Level 3)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.).
Senior/Lead (Level 4)
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+4 years' related work experience, 8 years' related work experience, etc.).

Level 3 Summary pay range: $69,000 - $96,600
Level 4 Summary pay range: $81,000 - $113,400
