Ncc Adjunct Faculty- Automotive Technology

Nashua Community College is seeking qualified individuals who are interested in adjunct teaching at the College on a course-by-course basis; strong academic background is required. Adjunct appointments are temporary, for a specified contract period and require ion campus instruction.

We have a need for instructors in our Automotive Technology Program for the Spring 2024 semester.

• In addition to the minimum qualifications below, the preferred applicant will haveASE Master Certification A1-A8 or be able to obtain certification in areas teaching before classes begins.

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidates should posses and Associate degree in Automotive Technology and have 5 years of experience as a Technician. Should posses industry certifications such as Vehicle Manufacturer, ASE, and Aftermarket. Preference is given to those with higher education teaching experience, who have used a learning management system (such as Blackboard or Canvas), and who are engaged in community service.

The salary range for this position is $750-$900 per contact hour. The rate will be determined by the appointed Adjunct Faculty rank, which is based on education and industry and/or teaching experience.
