About Us:

**This is a permanent part-time position budgeted for 1800 hour per fiscal year (approximately 34 hours per week). This position may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.**

What You'll Do:

• Work outside in some of the most beautiful parks in Ohio.
• Performs customer service functions with a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.
• Operates and maintains the historic Muskingum River Navigation System allowing boats to safely pass through the only hand-operated lock system remaining in the country.
• Interact daily with a variety of customers who utilize the park & watercraft facilities.
• Starting hourly pay $20.60/hr. with multiple pay increases over your first 5.5 years of service, with an end salary of $23.49/hr.

Pesticide applicator license as issued by Department of Agriculture required if applying chemicals regulated by law within
one year of hire; positions operating watercraft must complete boat operator education course per Ohio Revised Code
1547.05.
