SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for generating new business revenue by researching, identifying, lead generation, qualification, proposing, closing business, increasing revenue and profit, and building the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
This position serves as the primary contact for new prospects and is responsible for identifying and validating new markets and product groups. Oversee account proposals, develop quotes, and manage key account presentations and proposals. Support management in growing and maintaining B2B relationships with key clients, large business accounts, partners, and rep firms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify potential customers and target markets
- Engage suspects and convert them into qualified prospects, and ultimately new ongoing clients
- Work with marketing and sales leadership to identify, qualify, and justify opportunities for new and custom product lines and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities
- Present VITALITY MEDICAL products and services, features, and benefits as they relate to solving prospective customers’ needs and/or fulfilling their medical care requirements
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience as a new business Sales Representative
- Proven experience in B2B sales
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Consistent, persistent sales prospecting to identify new revenue opportunities and progress them through the entire sales cycle
- Ability and experience selling to Manager levels within the organization
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, analyze data, and identify opportunities for growth

Pay: $65,390.00 - $83,253.00 per year
