What you will do:
  • Participate in and support the principles of Open Book Management and recognize the responsibilities of being an owner of the company
  • Develop and oversee sales departmental long and short-term goals and strategies to support Company growth strategies
  • Remain intimately familiar with competitors’ product offerings, customers, and strategies
  • Identify and communicate the competitive advantages and core competencies of the company
  • Develop and implement a sales process that:
    1. Increases organic sales through existing customers
    2. Identifies potential new customers and markets
    3. Minimizes the selling cycle
  • Oversee all aspects of quoting, pricing, contract development and customer service & training
  • Create accurate methods of forecasting monthly revenue and provide a rolling 12-month sales outlook
  • Develop and maintain marketing plan. Gain feedback and input from all employees using buy-in process
  • Develop and present sales and marketing presentations twice annually

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sales and Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field is preferred
  • A minimum of five (5) years of previous experience in Sales or a related field is required
  • A minimum of three (3) years of management experience is required
