Your responsibilities will include:
- Field-based Marketing representative in strategic Academic Medical Centers.
- Develop Centers of Excellence for training, technology, development, and research.
- Develop strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
- New technology commercialization.
- Develop and execute Customer Market Development programs.
- Develop and manage education, training, and research projects with key opinion leaders.
- Explore and validate potential new call-points.
- Support New Business Development assessment.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years' experience in medical industry
- Self-starter that can work independently, but understand stakeholders' interests
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen to physician/customer needs, prioritize needs/requirements and communicate them to cross-functional teams
- Ability to influence and coach team members
- Documented experience collaborating with cross functional teams
- Exceptional leadership, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Evidence of a high level of business and clinical acumen required
- Knowledge of basic MS Office software - Excel, PowerPoint
- 50% domestic travel commitment required
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA preferred
- Neuromodulation experience preferred
- Sales and/or Marketing management experience preferred
