About the role:
The National Marketing Manager is responsible for driving market development strategy with sales and marketing teams. This role will cover the West and Southwest US areas, with travel at 50% required. The National Marketing manager will be a people leader and manage a team of Field Marketing Specialists through the West and Southwest areas. This is a dynamic role that works cross-functionally across the organization. Customer engagement and presentation skills are imperative to drive impact in this role.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Field-based Marketing representative in strategic Academic Medical Centers.
  • Develop Centers of Excellence for training, technology, development, and research.
  • Develop strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
  • New technology commercialization.
  • Develop and execute Customer Market Development programs.
  • Develop and manage education, training, and research projects with key opinion leaders.
  • Explore and validate potential new call-points.
  • Support New Business Development assessment.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ years' experience in medical industry
  • Self-starter that can work independently, but understand stakeholders' interests
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen to physician/customer needs, prioritize needs/requirements and communicate them to cross-functional teams
  • Ability to influence and coach team members
  • Documented experience collaborating with cross functional teams
  • Exceptional leadership, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Evidence of a high level of business and clinical acumen required
  • Knowledge of basic MS Office software - Excel, PowerPoint
  • 50% domestic travel commitment required

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA preferred
  • Neuromodulation experience preferred
  • Sales and/or Marketing management experience preferred
