Form of workLinde Gas & Equipment is seeking a National Accounts Coordinator to join our team located in Ankeny, IA. The National Accounts Coordinator serves as the primary customer service contact for LG&E National Accounts customers & distributors.
Responsibilities
- Sets up and maintains all new National Accounts & pricing on National Accounts
- Responsible for processing customer pass thru billing in a timely & quality fashion
- Initiates contact and follow-up with customer inquiries and disputes
- Serves as a point of contact for outside distributors
- Accountable for AR, DSO, aging's, credits & bad debt performance on assigned accounts
- Maintains positive customer relationships
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Education/GED is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- 1 years customer service/office environment experience
- 1 years collections experience
- Proficient in Excel, Word, JDE and OBIEE
- Effective communication skills & organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
