This role will be responsible for coordinating the National Account floor care program schedule, service, and invoicing for all existing stores. The Coordinator will also research and resolve all scheduling, service, and/or vendor issues.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Coordinate floor care services for existing, new, relocation, and remodel stores with National Account vendors.
Resolve floor care service issues reported by the field and ensure contract compliance by each vendor.
Audit, code, and process floor care service invoices in a timely manner; ensure billing of appropriate service type and compliance of 10-day service spread; work with vendors to resolve billing discrepancies.
Document monthly expenses in floor care expense tracking spreadsheet.
Analyze reports provided by management and floor care companies to contract compliance by each vendor.
Document floor type and service information.
Coordinate mop and floor mat rental services for all stores with National Account vendor.
Resolve mop and mat service issues reported by the field and ensure contract compliance by vendor.
Audit, code, and process mop and mat invoices in a timely manner; ensure billing of appropriate quantities and service frequency; work with vendor to resolve billing discrepancies.
Process mop and floor mat program changes as requested by the field.
Update expenses monthly in mop/mat expense tracking spreadsheet.
Document mop and mat service information.
Review weekly store project photos to ensure the rental mats on the sales floor aren’t wavy and the floor care is scheduled for the new areas of exposed dirty tile after the project is completed.
Coordinate periodic solicitation and review of RFPs for National Account store services.
Provide backup assistance as needed for additional Store Services.
All other duties as assigned.

Required:

Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
