The ideal candidate will possess a radiant, positive attitude and a willingness to assist in various household tasks as required. A clean driving record and access to a safe vehicle are imperative, as transportation duties will be part of the role. A college degree is required, and proficiency in assisting with middle/high school homework is essential.
Beyond childcare responsibilities, a love for animals is crucial, as the family has pets. Additionally, availability for occasional house sitting engagements is expected. The flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, especially during the summer months, is necessary.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a nanny or mother's helper, preferably with similar age groups.

- Proficient in assisting with middle school homework and academic support.
- Comfortable with occasional house sitting responsibilities.
