A plan of care that is flexible and individualized to fit the needs of each family and family member. The Oliver’s Nannies leadership team demonstrates a robust background in childcare, both in home and center settings, as well as an extensive understanding of staffing responsible and flexible care needs specific to each family.

We are currently hiring Flex Care, which is short-term work for someone who is flexible and only looking to work a few hours a week.

Exp: Date nights, Sick days, School Closures, Back-up care, Parent helper.

We are looking for energic, fun, loving nannies to join our team. Nannies who are willing to perform tasks that include:

· Coordinating children’s activities

· Helping with homework

· Handling daily routines and errands

· Transporting children to school or to other activities

· Reinforcing appropriate disciple for the children

· Meal planning and preparation including bottle prep.

· Bathing/supervising bath time for older children

· Diapering and/or toileting

· Light housework

Requirements for Employment:

· Reliability is a must!

· Eligible to work in the USA.

· 2 years of professional childcare experience

· 2 verifiable professional childcare-related references (contact phone number required)

· Annual physical performed within 1 year of hire date.

· PPD and tuberculosis results

· Documentation of MMRs (measles, mumps, and rubella)

· Bilingual is a PLUS!

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 25 per week
