NA Manufacturing Excellence Digital Field Lead
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, NA Manufacturing Excellence Digital Field Lead, are:
- Providing NA leadership, direction, cost and customer focus for Field Technology solutions in all aspects of seed production including Digital Systems to all row crop sites.
- Design and ongoing ownership of the product supply digital field projects investment plans and roadmaps in conjunction with NA Production Teams. Driving the digital field project completion with responsibility of deliverables and financial returns Manage global relationships with the GDM, IT, Market Development, Breeding, SPI, and IT teams
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and providing advice on plant/ field safety issues from a digital field perspective such as but not limited REI tool development.
- Defining and establishing technical processes and technical standards to enable best practices in investment, maintenance, process improvement and technical compliance areas with the focus on digital field technologies.
- Develop and establish technical standards and technical good practices for digital field capabilities in conjunction with Production teams
- Managing the processes for practice and knowledge exchange within the Global Product Supply community as well as conducting lessons learned with site, RC Prod Enablement & Risk Mitigation, and project personnel.
- Conducting programs, initiatives, and tools for continuous effectiveness and efficiency improvement with the Head of Data and Analytics.
- Manage penetration of digital tool adoption to the region and insure value realization of program initiatives Develop strategic vision and implementation plan to align with products supplies corporate goals and initiatives

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Biology, IT, Engineering or Agricultural related field Combined experience in Product Supply, Seed Production, Agronomy, Biology, Field Science, IT Development and Data Science
- Interest working in a network of cross crop production sites and engineering disciplines while taking a leadership role for Digital and Data Science initiatives as they relate to field activities and commercial seed production
- A proven track record of working with the Analytical and Data industry Creative problem solver, positive can do attitude, personally mature, organizationally sensitive, intellectually, capable and assertive Team spirit
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $117,000 to $175,700. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
