Music School Receptionist And Sales Position

Littleton Colorado's highest-rated private Music School is looking for another full time front desk sales team and customer service team member.

40 hours per week.

$19.00 per hour with raises and performance evaluations, 80 hours of PTO (paid time off) annually, and even more bonuses and incentives as the company grows.

Room for advancement with pay and PTO based on performance.

Must have reliable transportation to travel to our business location.

No music or music education experience is required.
SCHEDULE (roughly 40 hours per week):

NOTE: Training takes about 2 weeks, schedule for training will vary from below. Looking for someone flexible with scheduling as well.

Tuesdays though Thursdays: 1:15 PM - 9:15 PM

Fridays: 11:45 AM - 7:45 PM

Saturdays: 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM

-Answering phones (We're looking for the GOLDEN VOICE, that sounds amazing on the phone with a great tone and excitement for our customers. If anyone has told you, that your voice should be on the radio, we're looking for you).

-An ability to sell yourself as well as our services. Looking for someone with a great personality that is a people person.
-Registering clients (selling music lessons)
-Processing paperwork
-Cleaning
-Communicating with teachers, staff and clients.
-Selling minimal retail / supplies at the desk.
-Interacting with customers
