Multimedia Graphic Designer I - Hybrid

Must have experience in Videography and Video Editing

Must provide portfolio of graphic design, videography, and video editing experience

5+ years of experience and full hands on proficiency with Adobe CC and Microsoft suite, implementing creative campaigns at a high level at a fast moving, large company. Conceptualize and design collateral (Brochures, flyers, ads, displays, etc.) used to help leverage call to actions and sales initiatives. Strong aptitude for the creative process with emphasis on digital outreach methods. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting all deliverable deadlines. Assists in video, photography, web, and email marketing to support and enhance marketing messages. Ability to communicate vision and execute concepts. Creative presentation skills that support brand and future Marketing goals. Set the tone and sell ideas amongst a tough crowd. Energetic and respectful interaction with all employees and vendors. Maintains poise under pressure while working with a high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related field
• Proven success in working with a creative team and across departments for collective success
• Portfolio of previous work that displays an ability to turn an idea into a visual piece
• Strong communication and design ability
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Office, Excel, and Powerpoint) is required
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, AfterEffects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) is required
• Excellent Oral and written communication skills
• Tactful Skill in interpersonal relations and working with internal and external partners - excellent
• Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
• Demonstrated experience in making informed decisions and through effective problem solving skills
• Must have at least five years of experience in an agency or in-house creative department
• Video production and editing experience required

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in the plumbing or home improvement industry – Showroom and Counter experience a plus.
• Seasoned in creating PoP displays for wholesale and retail settings
• Experience with creating dynamic B2B and B2C marketing and sales tools, including flyers, brochures, PoP displays, banners, product videos, etc.
• Experience using AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, Descript, Wondershare Filmora, and Dall-E 2.
• Experience using project management and project review tools like Monday.com, Wrike, Google Drive.
• Understands A/B testing and interacts with internal departments on improvements
• Solve problems and drive business results through stunning graphics and design
• Create designs for brand awareness by combining contemporary design with impactful messaging for use in a variety of mediums
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to grasp all input and creative direction creative department
