Here’s what you need to bring to the table:
- Proven experience directly managing at least 3 retail or service-oriented locations that consistently meet or exceed sales and financial goals. We obsess over results, so be prepared for us to validate yours.
- A strong sense of urgency balanced with the innate desire to inspire people to perform.
- Our locations open early and close late 7 days a week, so you’ll need a flexible schedule.
- A history of excellence – a life story that shows us that you’re never satisfied with “just OK”.
We offer exceptional pay in exchange for great performance, with a target compensation of $70k-$95k, which is made up of a base salary + up to $25k in bonus and commissions, plus paid time off, benefits and discounts. If you’re ready to explore your full leadership potential, let’s talk.
