KnowFully Learning Group is searching for a Multi-State Payroll Tax Specialist for a 3-6 month contract. This position is primarily responsible for researching and resolving Payroll Tax issues and related transactions. Temporary Part-time (10-15 hours per week during regular business hours)
ADP Workforce Now is utilized for administering payroll and ADP SmartCompliance for all tax set up, tracking and documentation of issue resolution. Currently, we operate across forty+ US states but have multiple entities that require an experienced and detailed professional.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Set up of all federal, state, and local tax set up in ADP SmartCompliance/ADP Workforce Now.
- Change contact information with all tax agencies and track credentials of reporting websites for each entity.
- Respond to and resolve payroll/tax issues and concerns.
- Ensure processes such as garnishments are handled effectively and timely.
- Ensure Quarterly and Year end processes and reporting are handled appropriately including 941s, W2s, ACA, and other reporting. Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain compliance with changes in payroll and tax laws across multiple states.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
5+ years of experience using ADP Workforce Now and ADP SmartCompliance as a practitioner and payroll processor.
5+ years of experience filing quarterly tax returns and resolving multi-state, multi-entity tax issues.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
