Position OverviewWe are seeking an exceptionally talented intern to join our production team and assist in our Content Box – where projects come to life! This is a part-time, paid internship, but you will have the opportunity to flex up to 40 hours based on client and business needs. The ideal candidate for this role is attentive to detail, a team player, and very passionate about content creation and production. If you are a self-starter, willing to work quickly and able to generate lots of ideas, then you will be successful in this role.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Shadow client work/projects to gain additional insight on how the content/production team executes production, and how agency practices work together on various projects.
- Showcase/utilize your content creation skills, whether that be in photography, videography, editing and/or animation.
- Support the Content Box team in live video/photo shoots. Some responsibilities may entail prop shopping, organizing the studio and having a willingness to “do the random.”
- Assist full production team with internal social content or miscellaneous client projects.
- Evaluate content for effective presentation so that it is prepared for rough cut or review. Work with minimum supervision and problem-solve daily to meet various client demands.
- Organize files based on structure and naming conventions.
- Have a strong sense of quality with regard to video and photo production.
- Have some experience with DSLR and video cameras/simple shoot setups for quick interviews or capturing live events.
- Be able to organize and edit video footage and successfully complete light photo retouching.
- Be proficient in Adobe Premiere or Adobe After Effects.
- Demonstrate experience in video and/or still production; shoot video/stills (knowledge of set lighting and sound a plus).
- Possess organizational and communication skills.
